Our Approach
The transformation of an on-premise based ERP footprint to a Cloud footprint (including integrations with some on-premise systems), requires a change in approach for a successful managed services engagement. As opposed to a Customer/Vendor-only relationship during the on-premise cycle, the new approach requires a tripartite agreement between Oracle, Customer, Vendor (in this case Polaris), with each party having a distinctive role and ownership.
While the support cadence requires careful planning for issue resolution, software upgrade adoption as well as enhancements/personalization management.
